IPTVSPACE.IO assumes no responsibility for what is broadcast on the servers and HAS NO control over the servers, broadcasts, and channels displayed. If your copyrighted material has been posted in error on IPTVSPACE.IO or if links to your copyrighted material are displayed on our website and you wish to remove this material, you must provide a written communication detailing the information listed.
As an internet service provider, we are entitled to claim immunity from such infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a good faith infringement claim to us, you must provide us with a notice that sets forth the following information:
Infringement Notice
Claim A physical or electronic signature of a copyright owner (or someone authorized to act on behalf of the owner); Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; Identification of the infringing material to be removed and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material. [Please send the URL of the specific page to help us identify the allegedly infringing work]; Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, including your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and fax number; A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright agent; and A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright. Title 17 USC §512[f] provides for civil penalties, including costs and attorneys’ fees, against any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents certain information in a notification of infringement under 17 USC §512[c][3]. Send all removal notices via our Contact page. Please send by email for prompt attention.
Please note that we may share the identity and information in any copyright infringement claim we receive with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you understand, agree, and consent to the disclosure of your identity and claim to the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification
Restoration of Material If you have received a notice of material removal due to a copyright infringement claim, you may provide us with a counter notification in an effort to have the material in question restored to the site. Such notification must be delivered in writing to our DMCA Agent and must substantially contain the following elements pursuant to 17 USC Section
512(g)(3): Your physical or electronic signature. A description of the material that has been removed and the original location of the material before it was removed. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person or company who provided the original infringement notification. Send your counter notice via our Contact page. Email is highly recommended.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright infringement very seriously. In accordance with the repeat infringer policy requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we maintain a list of DMCA notices from copyright holders and make a good faith effort to identify repeat infringers. Those who violate our internal repeat infringer policy will have their accounts terminated.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this page and its policy for handling DMCA claims at any time and for any reason. We recommend that you check this policy frequently for any changes.
Subscriber Account Termination
It is our policy, in what we deem, in our sole discretion, appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users, subscribers, or account holders who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others or of IPTVSPACE.IO.

DMCA Policy (Effective from 2022.01.01)
Please Note:
Firstly, linking to infringing content is not illegal. Currently, the law is not settled regarding websites containing links to infringing material. At present, IPTVSPACE.IO still complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our policy is to respond to any infringement notice and take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws. This site (IPTVFestival.com) does not host or store any illegal files on our servers. We only index or link to content provided by our users or other websites. In other words, our servers do not allow uploading, hosting, or streaming of any of these files. And all the content we have and provide are just items consisting of “text, images, and links” (a bit like Google search indexes), which are provided solely by our users. They create these items based on internet resources (such as: blogs/forums) and then publish them here to share what they consider valuable. All trademarks, videos, trade names, service marks, copyrighted works, and logos referenced herein belong to their respective owners/companies. IPTVSPACE.IO is not responsible for what users upload to third-party websites (unless they are hosted on our servers). We urge all copyright owners to recognize that: Indeed, all links to files contained in the items of IPTVSPACE.IO are from other websites (i.e., they are located elsewhere on the internet, not on IPTVSPACE.IO). If you have any legal issues, please contact the hosts/owners of the corresponding multimedia files, not us. Therefore, if you are an individual developer and believe your files/works are being shared by one of our users, you should find the actual links to them in the item and then submit a DMCA report or notice to your hosting providers that store your copyrighted materials, rather than to our hosting provider displaying the items containing these links. Sending it to us instead will not fundamentally solve the problem. Because even if we try to delete all the posts and links, and even ban these users, they could always register a new account on our website and share these links again. Or, we can say, removing the text links and pages of IPTVSPACE.IO does not help you much because there are many cached pages on the internet that any user can access when searching for them. For the servers that store your copyrighted works/products, we do not have access to these free file servers. Therefore, we cannot help you remove those shared files; you must contact the owners of these file hosts to carry out negotiations. Thank you for understanding. Eventually, if you mistakenly send your copyright complaints to our hosting provider instead of those hosting your copyrighted files and cause losses to our website because our hosting provider was deceived by you, we will investigate and fix your legal liability. At the same time, we reserve the right to retain the relevant items for a long time, even permanently. Still, if you believe your copyrighted material is being linked to or used illegally on our blog or website and wish to have it removed, you can report the exact/direct link of the item by emailing it to info@iptvspace.io for further notifications. If this claim is deemed acceptable and valid, the items or links in question will be removed as soon as possible. Please remember that we do not respond to emails and do not accept reports from external DMCA agents or groups (Copyright Trolls); only the actual individual owner of the copyright should send us the report. And please note that: you will need to provide a written communication detailing the information listed in the following sections.
The following elements must be included in your copyright infringement claim:
Item Instructions
Provide evidence that you are the sole owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed. Provide sufficient contact information so that we can contact you. You must also use a valid email address from the actual developer site. You must identify
with sufficient detail the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed and include where it is hosted or currently has a working downloadable link. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Notes:
Please allow between 5 and 15 business days to receive a response via email. Finally, we will send you the handling result in the form of an email. Most of the time, after removing the post or link, we will reply to you with an email to inform you of the action result and make a determination of the results. If the links are still there, then you should know that you did not send a valid report. Therefore, please read this page again and send a valid report. Please note that emailing your complaints to other parties, such as our domain administrator/internet service provider/hosting service provider, will not expedite your request and may cause a delay in review because the complaint was not submitted properly. Because, in the end, they always just forward your complaint email to us to solve it. The domain registrar or hosting provider has no responsibility or obligation to deal with this kind of thing. Please do not attempt to threaten us with potential charges or whatever rule of your country. You must understand that the internet is not under the control of any government; most of these emails go straight to the spam folder. We are here to help you solve the problem. Do not report old posts with inactive links; it is futile, and we cannot do anything with links that no longer exist, removing them is simply a waste of time. We cannot remove our web links and posts from search engines; you must know this basic common sense.
REMEMBER THAT IF YOU CHOOSE TO INTERPRET ANY DETAILS RELATED TO ALLEGED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO SERIOUS CIVIL PENALTIES UNDER FEDERAL LAW, INCLUDING ANY MONETARY DAMAGES, COURT COSTS, AND ATTORNEY’S FEES INCURRED BY US AND ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER OR LICENSEES OF THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER WHO ARE INJURED IN ANY CAPACITY AFTER OUR RELIANCE ON THE TRUTHFULNESS OF YOUR STATEMENT. YOU MAY ALSO BE CRIMINALLY PROSECUTED FOR ACTS OF PERJURY. Also, remember: do not take anything described in this document as formal legal advice. For more information on the details required to file a formal DMCA notification, please see 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3). Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you materially misrepresent that information included on our site infringes your copyrights. We suggest you first contact an attorney for legal assistance on this matter.
Thank you.
